The Bali Experience is an exclusive invitation for a select group of men and women who feel called to Ascension. Spots are extremely limited. To avoid disappointment (and to plan your travel well in advance), kindly begin your application process today.



When Should You Plan To Arrive & Depart?

The Bali Experience begins Sunday, October 13th at 11am. Arrange to fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport Saturday, October 12, 2019. 

Check-in is any time after 3:00pm on Saturday, October 12th. Rooms are not available for occupancy before this time. 




Will You Need A Passport & a Visa?

A passport that will remain valid for at least six months is required to enter Indonesia.

If you are staying in Indonesia for less than thirty days, you do not need a visa, just a valid passport.



Do You Need To Get Vaccinations?

Always check with your doctor however, there are no specific vaccine requirements for entry into Bali.

The CDC and WHO recommends the following vaccinations for Indonesia; Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, Cholera, Yellow Fever, Japanese Encephalitis, rabies, meningitis, polio, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), Tdap, shingles, pneumonia, chickenpox and influenza.

Do You Need Travel Insurance? 

Travel insurance is highly recommended and is the best way to ensure that unexpected nuisances like missed flights, and lost luggage is easy to manage. 

Should you need emergency medical care or a sudden trip home you can rest peacefully that you’ll be covered.




Will You Cater To My Dietary Needs?

Yes! The delicious, locally sourced menu will cater to those who are vegan/ vegetarian, gluten-free and Paleo. The resort staff show a high attention to detail and are dedicated to meeting your individual needs.

Please note: The Bali Experience provides daily Breakfast along with a special welcome and farewell dinner and two working lunches.




Can You Drink The Water In Bali?

Drink a lot of water… but DO NOT drink from the tap. The tap water in Bali is of uncertain quality, and is often pegged as the cause of many a tourist’s case of “Bali belly”. When in Bali, stick to filtered water, bottled water or canned beverages. 



Plug In

Will You Need An Adaptor & Is WiFi Readily Available?

Most cafes, restaurants and hotels, (including ours) will have free wifi

Bali mostly uses 230v/50hz plugs with round pins, therefore in order to charge your electronics you will need to bring with you a universal adapter.


Who Will Pick You Up From The Airport Upon Arrival?

The drivers that I have arranged are safe, extremely kind and accommodating. You will be warmly greeted at the airport and shuttled in an air-conditioned vehicle with other retreat guests. 



You Are A Solo Traveler, Can Live Limitlessly Help Me Find Someone To Share A Room With?

If you’d like to share a room and are coming alone, we'll do our best to pair you with another single guest. If this is not possible, you would need to occupy the room as a single guest and pay the difference. 



What Is Our Refund Policy?

Please be sure you want to attend. While life happens, we cannot refund or transfer any deposits for this retreat. Please review my complete refund policy prior to booking your retreat.



 Cancellations & Refunds

*Deposits are non-refundable

Should you wish to cancel your trip to The Bali Experience you must notify Live Limitlessly at in writing. Once we’ve received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

For cancellations more than 60 days prior to The Bali Experience, you will receive 100% of your payment, excluding your full deposit  Credit card and merchant fees are non-refundable.

For cancellations 59-31 days prior to The Bali Experience, you will receive 80% of your payment, excluding your full deposit. Credit card and merchant fees are non-refundable.

 For cancellations 30 days or less to The Bali Experience, your entire payment will be forfeited, and we will retain your full deposit. Credit card and merchant fees are non-refundable.

If you leave during your stay for any reason after The Bali Experience has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join an excursion, arrive after the commencement of The Bali Experience, or leave prior to its completion, no refund will be made.
